Our Strategic Plan
Our Strategic Plan is guided by four key pillars that capture the heart of who we are as a school and community:
🕯️ Catholic Faith – Illuminate: Lighting Our Faith Journey Together
📘 Education – Ignite: Fuelling Our Minds to Make a Difference
🌏 Stewardship – Elevate: Sparks That Lift the World
🤝 Community – Nurture: Gathering Around Our Shared Flame
The Holy Spirit Strategic Plan sought input and feedback from the teaching group and the parent community as a whole. This information forms the basis of this plan that seeks to engage students in their learning, improve outcomes and give clear direction for the future.
With our vision committing us here to the pursuit of Christian truth and excellence, our Strategic Plan is designed to assist us as educators to develop the true potential and special qualities of our students.
** PODCASTS – Our incredible Year 6 students have produced an inspiring podcast series “Spirits on the Street” exploring each of the key pillars. Tune in to the Community – Nurture episode below!
