The following steps outline our Enrolment Process

  1. Initial Contact with Parent/Guardian.
  2. School Tour.
  3. Receipt of Enrolment Documents and Application Fee.
  4. Interview
  5. Enrolment Confirmation.

An application fee of $50 is to be forwarded with the application form for all applications, which is non-refundable.  This can be paid over the phone via credit card (VISA or Mastercard only), or in person at the school office.  

3-Year-Old Kindergarten Program

To be considered for enrolment into 3-Year-Old Kindergarten (Pre-Kindy), your child must be three years of age at commencement.  Enrolment into Pre-Kindy does not guarantee acceptance into our 4-Year-Old Kindergarten program (Kindy).  It is a separate process and program. 

4-Year-Old Kindergarten Program

Holy Spirit School accepts 4-Year-Old Kindergarten enrolments 2 years prior to commencing at the school. The main enrolment period starts in March and continues until June. During this time, you may contact the school for tours and we conduct interviews and accept enrolment applications. 

The following years class lists are confirmed during the mid-way point of Term 2. All families are notified if they have been offered a position or are being placed on our waiting list. 

Pre-Primary to Year 6 Applications

We have limited availability in most year levels, if you are planning to move to the area or change schools during the year, please contact the school administration to check current availability.

Please note, that completing an Enrolment Form, and our acceptance of the Enrolment Form does not guarantee an enrolment interview or offer of enrolment by the school.

Holy Spirit School as part of CEWA Ltd has the following enrolment priority for all students:

  1. Catholic students from the Holy Spirit Parish, City Beach with a Parish Priest reference
  2. Catholic students from outside the Holy Spirit Parish, City Beach with a Parish Priest reference
  3. Other Catholic students
  4. Siblings of non-Catholic students
  5. Non-Catholic students from other Christian denominations
  6. Other non-Catholic students 


It is a condition of enrolment that you provide a current Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement which shows your child is up-to-date with all the scheduled immunisations (according to the National Immunisation Program) for their age.

This statement must not be more than two months old.

School Fees

Fees can be paid by direct debit over ten months, four terms or annually by Cash, BPAY, or Credit Card.

Accounts are sent out near the beginning of the school year. If your child has already commenced at  Holy Spirit, a full term’s notice of withdrawal is required. This notice must be in writing and addressed to the Principal. Failure to do so incurs a penalty of one term’s fees.
